The boiler should be thoroughly inspected before the fire is raised, including whether the burner and related accessories and piping are intact and flexible. After all inspections have no abnormalities, the boiler can be raised in water.
The drum should be watered to the normal water level, first open all wind and flue baffles. Start the blower, purge the furnace and flue, purge for at least 0.5 minutes, then start the burner ignition. The burner ignition commissioning shall be assigned by the burner manufacturer or the agent. After the commissioning is passed, the boiler can be put into normal operation together with the boiler.
