We are Electrical Steam Boiler Factory. Today we want to say something about Electric Steam boilers. The following should be noted when using electric steam boilers:
1. Follow all warnings and instructions on the machine plate.
2. In order to prevent negative pressure in the boiler, after discharging, please do not close the discharge valve before the next boiler operation.
3. In order to ensure the normal operation and safety of the steam generator, the boiler operation should always observe whether the pressure, water level and heating status of the boiler are normal. When the steam generator fails, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and can only be restarted after troubleshooting.
4. When the boiler has been shut down for a long time, the power supply should be cut off and the water in the boiler and pipe should be fully discharged to prevent the occurrence of frost damage and rust.
5. When not using the machine at ordinary times, cut off the power supply, open the control box, and inspect all the solid parts of the terminals of the electrical parts.
6. The electric cabinet shall not be filled with water or steam or inflammable or explosive gas, and the electric cabinet door must be closed when the boiler is running. Do not let any liquid or water flow into the electrical control parts of the system, such as motor, electric cabinet, etc.
